Candidate Experience Winners Announced at CXP Awards Online Gala
Swedish job candidate feedback software company, Trustcruit, honored organizations with the most satisfied candidates through new initiative CXP Awards (Candidate Experience Awards).
Hosted by Trustcruit’s Simon Werner-Zankl, the winners of the Best Interview and Best Candidate Experience 2020 categories were announced in a virtual CXP awards ceremony on March 24th, 2021.
After analyzing the competing companies’ employer brand strength and anonymous feedback from 1.3 million candidates from over 40 countries about their candidate experience, the winners were determined.
The Winners
The overall winner of the CXP Award for Best Candidate Experience 2020 was Finnish Insurance company LähiTapiola. Head of Business HR & Talent Acquisition, Kirsi Leskelä-Kelkka, and Development Manager Sauli Malinen accepted the award on behalf of the company. LähiTapiola beat eight other firms shortlisted in the same category.
Sauli Malinen said:
“This award gives us proof that our work pays off… and this award symbolizes our finish line. It’s what we’ve been waiting for.”

Among stiff competition from seven other shortlisted entrants, the CXP Award winner for Best Interview 2020 was Swedish recruitment agency, Invici. The award was accepted by CEO Anders Fritz and Consultancy Manager Anders Zetterlund.
CEO Anders Fritz said:
“We built our company the way we would have liked to have been treated as customers and candidates. Candidate experience and transparent communication have therefore become the pillars of our business. By providing positive treatment using Trustcruit, it’s easier for us to do a good job”.
Of both awards, Trustcruit CEO Simon Werner-Zankl said:
