Sending surveys

Candidates are automatically emailed a survey when a candidate has entered certain steps of the recruiting process in your ATS.

Candidates are manually imported through an Excel or CSV. file into the tool and then surveys are emailed if the tool supports emailing. Otherwise surveys are emailed manually.

Possible to follow NPS over time to understand development and track trends.

Privacy & GDPR

Candidate privacy is secure as candidates give feedback anonymously and candidate information is automatically removed from Trustcruit within 60 days. All according to GDPR.

You have to manually handle and remove candidate information to not break GDPR regulations. Candidate anonymity not guaranteed.
