D\u00e5 de \u00e4r en av de organisationer som p\u00e5 ett lyckat s\u00e4tt har f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrat sin kandidatupplevelse, s\u00e5 har vi f\u00e5tt m\u00f6jligheten att h\u00f6ra Uppsala kommuns insikter under deras resa mot framg\u00e5ng. Sedan januari 2019 har Uppsala kommun utvecklats och genomf\u00f6rt tv\u00e5 stora f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar baserat p\u00e5 feedback de f\u00e5tt n\u00e4r de m\u00e4tt kandidatupplevelsen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Huvudsakliga f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar f\u00f6r Uppsala kommun<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tydligare och enklare ans\u00f6kningsformul\u00e4r<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>F\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrad Intervjuprocess<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00e4s mer om dessa nedan<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tydligare och enklare ans\u00f6kningsformul\u00e4r<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Uppt\u00e4ckt av m\u00f6nster i synpunkter om ans\u00f6kningsformul\u00e4r<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e4r kandidaterna svarade p\u00e5 fr\u00e5gan \u2018Vad \u00e4r ditt helhetsintryck av rekryteringen?\u2019 i b\u00f6rjan av 2019, s\u00e5 hade Uppsala kommun ett resultat under medel p\u00e5 skalan som str\u00e4cker sig mellan 0-10. Resultatet gav en tydlig signal att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttringar beh\u00f6vde g\u00f6ras. Kort efter att ha b\u00f6rjat m\u00e4ta kandidatupplevelsen identifierade de ett m\u00f6nster i den feedback de f\u00e5tt fr\u00e5n sina kandidater. M\u00e5nga av kandidaterna tyckte att Uppsala kommuns ans\u00f6kningsformul\u00e4r beh\u00f6vde f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">F\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrings\u00e5tg\u00e4rd g\u00e4llande ans\u00f6kningsformul\u00e4ren<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Med hj\u00e4lp av den insamlade feedbacken kunde organisationen tydligg\u00f6ra och f\u00f6renkla ans\u00f6kningsformul\u00e4ren efter de framg\u00e5ngsrika m\u00e4tningar som genomf\u00f6rts. Fr\u00e5n januari 2019 har under hela \u00e5ret, ungef\u00e4r 15 800 formul\u00e4r skickats ut till deras kandidater. Av dessa kandidater har 50% svarat och gett feedback p\u00e5 Uppsala kommuns kandidatupplevelse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">F\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrad intervjuprocess<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Uppt\u00e4ckt av m\u00f6nster i synpunkter kring intervjuter<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Uppsala kommun har inom enheten f\u00f6r kompetensf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjning en egen vikarief\u00f6rmedling med ett stort antal rekryteringar per \u00e5r. Rekryteringen av vikarier \u00e4r en viktig process. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r har de ocks\u00e5 fokuserat p\u00e5 att utveckla sina intervjuer inom detta omr\u00e5de, vilket har gett mycket goda resultat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Enligt deras m\u00e4tningar av kandidatupplevelsen kan vi se att de st\u00e4ndigt har f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrat sitt Candidate Net Promoter Score (CNPS) bland vikarier. Under en 90-dagarsperiod sen 2019 har deras CNPS f\u00f6r vikarier \u00f6kat med 35% j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med f\u00f6reg\u00e5ende 90-dagarsperiod.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6rutom just denna specifika f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttring har Uppsala kommun, genom sitt arbete med utvecklingen av intervjuer, f\u00e5tt ett h\u00f6gre Candidate Net Promoter Score j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med genomsnittet f\u00f6r organisationer inom offentlig verksamhet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kvalitetsf\u00f6rb\u00e4ttring av intervjuer f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrade Uppsala kommuns kandidatupplevelse<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kommer du ih\u00e5g att Uppsala kommun fr\u00e5n b\u00f6rjan hade l\u00e4gre CNPS \u00e4n genomsnittet n\u00e4r de fr\u00e5gade om kandidaters generella uppfattning av deras rekryteringsprocess i b\u00f6rjan av 2019? Vet du vad! Ungef\u00e4r 11 m\u00e5nader senare har de g\u00e5tt fr\u00e5n att vara under genomsnittet till att ligga p\u00e5 8,28 p\u00e5 skalan mellan 0-10, vilket \u00e4r \u00f6ver genomsnittet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inte nog med det! Under oktober 2019 hade Uppsala kommun ett Candidate Net Promoter Score p\u00e5 hela +69 p\u00e5 skalan som g\u00e5r fr\u00e5n -100 till 100. Detta resultat \u00e4r bland de topp 15% b\u00e4sta inom offentlig verksamhet under denna period. Ett resultat som hade varit sv\u00e5rt att uppn\u00e5 om de inte hade agerat p\u00e5 ett bra s\u00e4tt p\u00e5 den insamlade datan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nu har du f\u00e5tt bevis fr\u00e5n verkliga livet p\u00e5 hur kandidatupplevelsen kan m\u00e4tas och m\u00f6jligheten att g\u00f6ra data-drivna beslut som f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrar rekryteringsprocessen. Genom att kunna samla feedback om kandidatupplevelsen i realtid kan Uppsala kommun snabbt f\u00f6lja upp problem och f\u00e5 insikter direkt ang\u00e5ende hur de ska agera mot kandidater.
