Under v\u00e4rsta corona-kris, sticker bolaget ut genom att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra sin kandidatupplevelse under intervju till ett Candidate Net Promoter Score (CNPS) p\u00e5 +88 j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med +73 i mars samma \u00e5r. Samtidigt sj\u00f6nk det globala CNPS-snittet fr\u00e5n +63 i mars till +55 under april.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Candidate Net Promoter Score (CNPS) \u00e4r ett nyckeltal som anv\u00e4nds f\u00f6r att m\u00e4ta hur n\u00f6jda kandidater \u00e4r med en rekryteringsprocess och hur stor sannolikhet det \u00e4r att de ska rekommendera den till en v\u00e4n eller kollega.
