What key metrics are used to measure the candidate experience?

We have standard questions that the majority of our customers use to measure their candidate experience after application, interview and after “rejection”. The questions are tailored to evaluate your recruitment process with 10 point scale questions and the option to leave comments. We use the key metric CNPS (candidate net promoter score) to measure candidate satisfaction.
